So, no one likes the cyclops kitty ? I think he's a great spokeskitty for the benevolence and mercy of the Lord our God. In fact I think he should be made into an icon saying "Cyclops Kitty - praise the Lord !". Who's up for it ?
Having one true large eye like that in the middle of the skull suggests that the brain didnt properly develop/split either. I imagine the cat will be mentally crippled...?
Upon closer inspection, its head looks too small. Kittens normally have huge heads that look oversized for their bodies. Incidentally, this big head feature of newborn mammals is one of the things that makes adult mammals think the babies are cute.
That kittens head is too narrow. This is because the nose and middle area between the two eyes never formed or developed. The brain likely suffered the same problem in its middle region given the size of the head.
Imagine its like one of those MAD Magazine folding covers where you fold the two outer sides towards the middle, and therefore eliminate the middle section of the picture.

OMG is that thing real? I suspect is a fake.

It is real: and there is a new article about it:
Cyclops kitty has Medical Condition
...oh, and it died. Sorry about that.
I knew that would happen. A mammal cant develop like that and NOT be all messed up. It must have had severe health/mental problems.
